Aman first encountered Ryder while he wandered the Wilds beyond Briarthorne during a break from his training. By chance—or perhaps fate—Ryder stumbled upon Aman’s Abode, a hidden sanctuary few Aethereans had ever laid eyes upon. Intrigued by the young wanderer’s curiosity, Aman chose to share with him the ancient art of floramancy, unveiling its secrets and the ways it bound life and magic together. In doing so, Aman also revealed the existence and the wonders of their creations.

As guardian and artisan, Aman presides over their beloved Aetherlings—living embodiments of their craft. Sprung from threads of floramancy and fragments of Aman’s own soul, these small, whimsical beings populate the Abode and surrounding Wilds in lively abundance. Each is given shape, attire, and spirit by Aman’s hand, and together they have formed a thriving miniature society. Tiny homes dot the lush expanse of Aman’s backyard, nestled among the Wilds, where the Aetherlings carry out their own delicate, vibrant existence beneath their creator’s watchful gaze.
